You Have Arrived!

4th week of January

This week things are getting easier. You may already feel the weight of life lifting off of you. Know any remaining challenges that you may have had will also dissolve. Life experiences are simply that. Are you experiencing life? Are you practicing mindfulness in your day-to-day activities?

WHAT IS MINDFULNESS?

Being present in all areas of life is a part of being mindful. What sounds do you hear? What tastes do you experience? What does the fabric of your clothes feel like? What smells do you smell?

This week we are going to spend in total mindfulness. We are going to record our experiences and you will see if your life becomes more fulfilling as a result. Sometimes we ignore the small things in life. This week you are going to pay attention to all of the subtleties in life and observe how much more fulfilling your life becomes as a result. This exercise can and will benefit your physical, emotional, and psychological health and well-being.
