Developmental Coaching Services
We understand that coaching is a personal journey, and we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with the services you receive. If you are not satisfied with your coaching session, please contact us within 24 hours of the session to discuss your concerns. We will do our best to resolve the issue and provide you with a satisfactory outcome.
Merchandise
We are committed to providing high-quality merchandise that meets your expectations. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receipt to request a refund or exchange. Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags attached.
Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving your returned merchandise. Your refund will be issued to the original method of payment.
Exceptions
We reserve the right to deny refunds for any reason deemed appropriate, including, but not limited to:
- Merchandise that has been used or damaged
- Merchandise that is not returned in its original condition
- Items that are not returned within 30 days of receipt
